23 March 2018 Income from Partnership Firm is to individual hand also the Individual run Proprietorship firm both income to One Assessee's hand (You). You ll be file ITR 4 (AY 16-17) and ITR 3 (17-18)... Also The forms have the option of "Income from Partnership Firm "

some Clarification I am an Individual ( Proprietor), Account not maintained for the FY 2016-17 not filed of due date 31-03-2018.
Any how much penalty will pay & Income Tax Return it filed possible. AY - 2017-18.
