Dear Sir,
Can we file income tax returns TDS deducted under compulsory acquisition land scheme online latest ITR 4 FINANCIAL YEAR 2017-18, without using xml data or winman saral.

This treated as income from capital gain, you can file either ITR-2 OR ITR-3 by excel utility or any Income tax return preparation software

For online filing ,data should be necessarily converted into xml before uploading
