Dear Sir/Madam,
If a x person getting a income salary Rs.120000 PA (In cash).
Hence he didnt have any PF Facility no TDS.
even though he can provides details for ded u/s80c. and claim d same
Is it the X person in eligible for filing income tax return.
or he could have file the IT Return.

In that case X can claim deduction u/s 80c while filing his income tax return, if his total income (salary and other income) do not exceed from tax exemption limited (after consiring the deduction u/s 80 c and other as appliable) then no need to file Income Tax return.

IT MAY BE NOTED THAT IF GTI BEFORE DEDUCTION UNDER CHAPTER VI-A EXCEED THE BASIC EXEMPTION LIMIT THEN THE RETURN IS TO BE FILED
