Hii all CCI Experts,
I had filed a my I.T return on dated 4.5.2013 for the A.Y 2013-14.
I want to know In how many days I.T Dept. issue a notice regarding my A.Y 2013-14 I.T return?

I think you are talking about notice under section 143(1). It will be issued after the return is processed. Will take minimum 60 days.

1. Notice u/s 143(2) for scrutiny assessment can be issued till 30.09.2014.
2. Notice u/s 149(1) can be issued as under:
31.03.2018 if escaped income is less than Rs. 1 lakhs
31.03.2020 if escaped income is Rs. 1 lakh or more.

1. No notice is issued u/s 139.
2. Notice u/s 143(2) can be issued only upto 6 months from the end of the relevant assessment year.
