Hello, I am Sanjeev Kumar. My monthly salary is Rs. 20000/- but employer asking for deductions certificates till 31 May 2014 otherwise they will deduct my income tax while I have earned only Rs. 40000/-(April and May) from that institute and they are deducting income tax for the FY. 2014-15. I have 10 more months to earn salary. please suggest me what to do.

i believe your employer is asking for income tax declaration which includes the proposed investments under 80c etc during the year.
