One of our Corporate clients needs Loan from Bank. Bank had asked to submit the No Dues Certificate or Income tax Clearance certificate for the tax authority.
Friends please tell me is Income tax department provide any No Dues Certificate or Income tax Clearance certificate if provide, under which section they provide ? and what is the procedure to get it?
