dear sir i want to ask that if mother have fixed deposit in her name and the mother expired and then the fixed deposit is transfer in her son name who is major then whether the son can give 15g form to the bank so that they do not deduct tds on ineterst recvd if his gross income is below 1,80,000 standard deduction please explain

Yes the son can submit Form 15G for non-deduction of TDS.
