Is loss under house property can be set off without filling ITR?
If we want to fill itr on loss of house property we fill in which section 139(1) or 139(3).
plz give any sec or case reference for my clear understanding

Loss of house property can't be set off without filling ITR......you can file return U/s 139(1) or sec 139(4) for set off and carry forward of house property loss....it is not neccessary return u/s 139(3) required tofile for loss in house property head...but unabsorbed dep can be carry forwrd without filling ITR
