Electronic return filed without Digital Signature Certificate(DSC) is called efiling wiht DSC.
Bar Code return - Not sure of your question; but once a electronic return wihtout DSC is filed assessee will get ITR V a bar coded acknowledgement which he has to sign and send to CPC. May be this is the bar coded return.
