I HAVE PURCHASED RESIDENTIAL FLAT FROM BUILDER ON 28/09/2013 FOR CONSIDERATION OF RS 38,00,000/- WHILE MARKET PRICE IS RS 80,00,000/- WHETHER I AM LIABLE TO DEDUCTION TDS@1% U/S 194IA PL CLERIFY
