Dear All,
my question is
1.) The profession of teacher (running a coaching classes business) falls under the definition of specified professions ?
2.)if it is NOT a specified profession can a teacher file his income tax return u/s 44AD
to ignore maintaining any books of accounts.

teacher is counted as professional and hence cannot opt for sec 44AD.
