17 May 2014 Free Telephone at Residence of employee by employer.
IS this taxable or not??
in the heads of income from salary..

for your reference Refer RTP Nov.2010 BY ICAI.

I know that If it is Allowance then it is fully taxable
&
If it it is Reimbursement or Paid then also it is fully Taxable.

17 May 2014 but in the question their is a word use "free" it means non monetary perquisite.
I think it is taxable but in the institute suggested solution it was consider as not chargeable to tax.
this is my query .....

17 May 2014 Electric Bill is exempted but telephone bill is taxable. U must inquire from ur friends also. But it is taxable as per me.

see my question once again,
m nt mentioned telephone bill
in my question it is only Telephone

& As per my knowledge if electric bill is paid or reimburesed by emplyr thn it is fully taxable because it is monetary perqste.

17 May 2014 if their is a free or facility of electricity
thn it is exempt but if employee is specified
thn it is taxable for him.
