18 May 2010 If I m getting salary from one co. Rs.170000/- and another company Rs.180000, my total one LIC premium Rs.30000/- so, one employer can give tds certificate after deduction Rs.10000/- premium another employer Rs.20000/-, can both employer utilize LIC separately ?

18 May 2010 Yes. It is based on your Declaration and submission of proof to the employer. so you can submit the same, but aggregate of claming under 80C Amount for should not exceed actual or Rs.1 lakh which ever is less
