INCOME FROM WINNINGS FROM LOTTERIES IS RS.10 LACS PAID TAX @30.9 i.e RS.309000 IN THIS ASSESEMENT YEAR AND THE REMAINING RS.691000(1000000-309000) IS SUBJECT TO TAX IN THE NEXT ASSESSEMENT YEAR

No double taxation, will not chargeable again however in the current year offer entire 10lacs as income and claim TDS to avoid complications.
