SUPPOSE RENT FROM THE LET OUT HOUSE PROPERTY COMES ONLY FOR TWO MONTHS IN THE YEAR..WHAT WILL BE THE ANNUAL VALUE..SHOULD I TAKE THE TOTAL RENT RECEIVED FRO THE TWO MONTHS?

If any let out property is vacant for whole /party of the year and the same is less than the fair rent, you can consider the actual rent received for 2 months as Gross annual value.
