What is the meaning of "ONE HOUSE PROPERTY" ? If I have 3 rooms in my house & I have rented them to 3 different persons, Is this a case of more than one house property? And in which form will I have to submit my return ?

When you are renting 3 rooms to different persons of one HP does not amounts to 3 diff. HP.
One HP means property consisting of any buildings or lands appurtenant51 thereto of which the assessee is the owner of. For this purpose of Bunglow consisting of 8 rooms can be fall under one HP & a villa/haveli also.
