Assessee filed return US 44 AD declared 8% on Contract Turnover Receivable & received ,along with return enclosed statement of affairs after completing assessment on the bassiss of statement of affiras AO issued notice u/s 147 for the reason that TDS receivable has not shown in statement of affairs. and made addition as excess of assests over liablities

AO can make addition treating TDS receivable part of turnover and consider 8% income on it.
