Is it mandatory to sign AOA & MoA by all subscriber at the time of filling of INC07,please reply sir,,

Where a subscriber to the MOA is individual:
 He shall affix his thumb impression or
signature.
 The number of shares taken by him shall
be written against his name (by the person
writing for him).

Where the subscriber to MOA is body corporate:
The memorandum and articles of association
shall be signed by the director, officer or
employee of the body corporate duly authorised in this behalf by a resolution of the BOD.

Where the subscriber to MOA is LLP:
The memorandum and articles of association
shall be signed by the partner of LLP duly
authorised in this behalf by a resolution approved by all the Partners of LLP

06 February 2015 Is it mandatory to attach photo with MoA & AoA if yes in which manner should I attach.

07 February 2015 yes you have to attach the photo of subscriber in coloum {name, add & occupation of subscriber}

10 February 2015 I am facing problem while uploading INC07 showing error you have exceeded the size limit allowed for uploading the form along with attachment (2.6mb). To reduce the size of the form, please use "Sign and save as" button while applying signatures to the form.Don not use Sign and save button.
please sir tell me how should i reduce the size of the form INC07 .... so that i can upload the form

11 February 2015 scan the attachment in ‘black & white’ mode at 200 dpi resolution. it will reduce the size.

12 February 2015 there are an error that The DIN entered for Director upon signing of EForm does not correpond to the DSC affixed. what should i do now..

12 February 2015 affix proper DSC corresponding to DIN you have mentioned. first DSC need to be registered
