16 August 2014 INC-8 has to be signed by advocate or CS or CMA or CA saying they have been engaged to in the formation of the company.

1) Should their name appear in AOA ?

2) If yes, please let me know the clause format to mention the name in AOA

16 August 2014 1. Yes there name, address, occupation will be reflected in the AOA and MOA.

2. For format download sofy copy of MOA and AOA. There you will find subscriber table where such details will be mentioned in the handwriting of professional.
