Dear Sir,
I want to import a software from Europe for my business requirement. It will be delilvered on a CD.
I want to know do I need to decduct TDS from the payment which I make to this Company in Euros. This Company has no brach office in India.
What other taxes I need to pay to import this software like custom or service tax etc?

Its a sale of product no TDS will not be applicable. You just need to assure following things:
01. Import duty on the software
02. Provisions of FEMA etc.
Thats it.
