Please guide me regarding a matter as under:

We are living in a Residential house which is registered in the name of My Grand Mother (Both Grand Mother & Grand Father passed about 7 years back).

Now wish that said property to be transferred in my father name (who is the elder son). All the family members including female agreed for the same & there is no dispute regarding the same.

Please guide the best option to transfer the said property in my fathers name without involvement of registration/paying stamp duty.

NOTE PLEASE:
We don't want to make partition of HUF. So please suggest option without HUF partition.

05 March 2012 Try transfer through Family Arrangment scheme . It will save you from stamp duty on transfer of property.
