I have below mentioned queries regarding filling up of form 5- INV (IEPF Rules 2012):

1) Do we need to fillup form 5-INV for each previous 7 years OR just one form aggregating the amounts for all 7 years ?

2) form needs number of small shareholders. Do we need to give the number of small shareholders as on the date of AGM ?

21 July 2012 You are required to file form 5-INV each year upto 7 years.

It means you have to start filing this form upto the date the unpaid amount transferred to the IEPF.

Thanks for the reply.

So that means I will have to fill up 7 forms for each year at a time ?

Also wanted to understand about the Small Sharelholders number. Do i need to mention it in the form as on the date of the current years AGM which has just been held ?
