30 December 2009 C forms always issue for Taxable amount. Assessment & turnover always on taxable turnover.
Case 1 for Rs. 10000
Case 2 in ur detail totally mistake if CST charged on 10000+3000 then C form amount is 13000
Case 3 Rs. 10000

Case 4 Rs. 9000 (here noted C forms issued what ever purchases you had declared againt paerticular invoice but if the same reduce due to discount then you have to issue C form for invoice taxable value)
