21 March 2012 Can anyone tell me about the procedure adopt by ICAI for convocation????

Actually i have completed CA in January 2012 and not doing job whatsoever and til today i have not apply for the membership with ICAI....And now i want to apply for the membership in April 2012 so that i have not to pay membership fee for 2011-12...

Does this effect on my convocation or any -ve impact??

ITS very urgent because 31st 2012 march is very near...please advise
