Can HUF be formed after the death of an individual ?
Suppose after the decease of Mr. X , Mrs x holds all the ancestral property in her name.
Can HUF be formed consisting of widow ( Mrs. X) and her eldest son acting as karta to avail benefits of an HuF Account?
