27 May 2010 hi experts !! my doubt is, can a widow creates an huf on her husband's name ? & a married son or unmarried daughter can create huf on fathre's name ,if father is no more ???

28 May 2010 In case of HUF karta of HUF Plays Immportant Role.and any Female cannot be a Karta of HUF.

Hence, here neither widow nor unmarried daughter & Married son of father who is died cannot create HUF.
