Dear All,
This is very urgent, pls respond fast.
I have to submit the investment decleration for 2011-12.
A component of my CTC consists of HRA of Rs.150,000/-. I am currently staying with my parents(came city:Mumbai)place of stay and work is Mumbai, can i claim HRA benefit by procuring receipts from my father by paying him rent for my stay with him??

Law does not prohibit to do so,but reality is otherwise. Here self decision is important.
