22 August 2015 I AM SALARIES PERSON IN PRIVATE COMPANY.

ANS PER FORM 16 F.Y 2014-15 I RECEIVED 450000/- SALARY BUT IN FORM 16 HRA ALLOWANCE IS NOT GIVEN BY COMPAY.

SO CAN I CLAIM HRA ALLOWANCE WHILE FILING IT RETURN.

22 August 2015 If HRA is part of your salary and you have paid house rent the even if HRA deduction is not shown in form 16 you can claim the exemption in your IT Return.
