Dear sir,

For the purpose of TDS calculation on salaries, can we give HRA deduction maximum limit Rs.36,000? without submitting of hosue rent receipts? requset you to kindly clarify .

There is no need to submit Rent receipts if the payment is Rs. 3000 or less per month.You can give deduction of HRA based on declaration.
