I want to know following things for filling eTDS return of a pvt. ltd. company.
1. Forms required to file it.
2. One software is available from NSDL site to prepare the forms, but how to register our TAN No. on NSDL for e filling faciltity.
3. Is it compulsory to provide etds/tcs return copy in a cd/floppy with sign on form no. 27A.
Please experts i need your guidance.

For Salary Form 24 & For Non Salary Form 26 need to file and quarterly return need to file
You can prepare return through Any of the TDS return preparation facilites software or you can download from www.tin.nsdl.com
No need to register in NSDL website with out registering you can see your challan status and quaterly return status based on TAN no.
TDS return necessary to file in cd/floppy alngwith signed form of 27A
you need to give the Return file extension name called "FVU" put in to one CD or floopy along with form 27A to any nearset NSDL centre and they will upload and give the provisional receipt
