how to file a form 67 with mca

dear friends,
i have submitted noc letter for incorporate a new company with same existing company directors using part of the name of existing company, but mca replayed for resubmission in form 67 so please tell me what i have to do and what attachments are required

For filling up the Form 67, just see the instruction kit of the Form 67 or otherwise fill the SRN No. of the previously filed form and and use the pre-fill button. then all the details regarding defect will automatically generate. Since you are using part of the name of the existing Company, pass a Board Resolution in that Company,regarding authorising the BOD to use the part of name in the newly incorporating Company by giving the proper reason.

i have NoC certificet signed by the directors it is enoff?

I think this is not enough, because the director acting on behalf of the Company. And for this the Company should first authorise them , then only there NOC have some importance.

In Form 1A you have to attach the Board Resolution of the existing Company + NOC from the Directors of the Company.
