Dear Sir,
one proprietor ship firm, whose balance sheet,profit & Loss is not prepared for the last two years 2012-13 & 2013-14 and also not ITR file of proprietor for the last two years. please guide how to do.what are the clauses of income tax ehere as the profit of the firm is below 8%.

prepare it and then file itr of both fy, but for fy 12-13 u can file only till 31.3.2015 so hurry up
