can any one tell the procedure to create a charge ID.

04 June 2010 Hi,

When a charge is created on certain assets of the company form-8 is required to be filed by the company with ROC within 30 days of creation of charge.

Charge ID is created by the officials of ROC after approving your form-8 and the same is not in the hand of company.
