08 June 2012 How to check approval of 1A form at mca site it should be checked under approval services of regional director or headquarters or roc ?

whats the time period normally taken for approval in case form is not signed by professional ?

It is very simple, go to the name available section and put your name which u have applied, if it shows work in progress it means it is not approved. If such form is not signed by professional then it will take 3 to 5 days for approval.

09 June 2012 Thanks Ajay Misra ji..please also guide me regarding name approval wether its given as per my preference in 6 names or as per sole discretion of ROC in those 6 ?

As per preference and availability of that name. For example, if No. 1 name is resemblance with other name then No.2 name will be available to u if it is available.
