10 July 2016 HOW MUCH FOREGIN CURRENCY CAN BE BROUGHT BY FOREIGN CITIZEN IN CASH TO INDIA WITHOUT DECALRING AT THE CUSTOMS IN YEAR 2013.

11 July 2016 The tarvel company....... air or ship or railway or bus..as the case may be......get A2 form signed by every passenger. This is nothing but declaration. Without declaration, no money can be brought in

11 July 2016 please give evidence because we have to produce it before THE Officer, According to FEMA we can brought 5000$ per person per visit, so what is that. Please help and explore. Thanks and waiting for reply.....

11 July 2016 What evidence you need? Every travel company (IATA agent) is duty bound to take the declaration from each traveller. Before landing the aeroplane, this form is given to each traveller....The one who does NOT submit/ hand over this duly filled form to purser/forms collecting crew of the aeroplane, then it is presumed that the traveller has NOTHING to declare

11 July 2016 Normally RBI is liberal in this regard subject to however GENUINE cases. From you query, it seems: you said you have to produce the evidence to THE OFFICER..........which OFFICER you are referring?
