How much excise duty & add duty to passed on sale of old mac

Dear Sir,
My client has purchased one imported machinery in August 2012 and now he wants to sell the machine,(machine used for production
) My question is how much excise duty (out of 12%) and how much additional duty (out of 4%) which was paid by my client to be passed on the purchaser.
Please also give the clause /rule details.

Cenvat credit originally taken on the capital goods by 2.5% for each quarter of a year or part thereof from the date of taking the cenvat credit. If you have avail the credit of SAD then can not the pass of that portion.
