10 September 2010 What will Be the treatment of house tax reimbursed by the tenant to landlord under the head income from house property ????

10 September 2010 The Treatment in which house property the House owner taken the Property tax reimbursement for that HP, he cannot claim Municipal taxes deduction, incase he received the part reimbursment, the balance to the extent of recived will be allowed as deduction
