ASSESSE HOLD TWO HOUSE PROPERTY. oNE FLAT IS SOLE OWNERSHIP & THE OTHER JOINTLY WITH WIFE. PLEASE SUGGEST WHETHER ONE OF THE HOUSE PROPERTY WILL BE TREATED AS DEEMED TO BE LET OUT? PLEASE QUOTE THE SECTIUON & CASE LAW IF POSSIBLE. THANKS

In my opinion no need to mention it deemed to be let out as your wife is joint owner of the House.
