property in joint name and husband paying the loan installment during the construction period . before completion the house loan tfr in name of wife and wife pay full amount of loan and intt.
can wife claim the prior period intt deduction u/s 24(b) (during construction period loan and intt paid by husband).

the amount paid by the husband cannot be claimed by the wife in any case..
