Dear Experts,
I visited a 5 star Hotel for AUDIT. I saw there Invoice in which they were charging 5% ST +cess on Room Rent and 10.3% on facilties like Massage, Laundry and others. Is this correct?

It is correct.
Room rent is excluded from service tax.
5% cess on room rent is a state matter.
