Whether for income from home tutions ITR4S can be filed?It seems that home tutions to school going children is not covered under any of the specified professions provided in Sec 44AA(1).Clause of 8% income is also fulfilled as in case of tutions it is almost 100%. Pl clarify.

Sir, Doesn't ITR 4s debar only some specified professions only which does not cover Home tutions though it is a professional income . Pl reply.

As Section 44AD specifically mentions the word business, therefore section cannot be applied in case of professionals.
