My home loan is abt to end after two years, i am taking rebate from my salary as per rule. Before six months i have got top up loan for the same house for maintainance. can i get rebate from top up loan?

1.Deduction for interest can be claimed u/s 24(b).
2. Deduction for principal repaid cannot not be claimed u/s 80C(2)(xviii).
2. Deduction for principal repaid cannot not be claimed u/s 80C(2)(xviii).
