Diesel generators have been obtained by a commercial operator from a renting company for 3 months at a fixed rent. The operator provides fuel and the operator has been supplied by the renting compnay ata fixed charge.Will this trnsaction attract VAT or Service Tax.Kindly quote with respective case laws if any?

Renting obviously does not correct VAT, It will attract Service tax provided turnover of Service provided exceeds Rs. 10,00,000
