A privet Limited Company hired a car on monthly basis, and service provider total annual income is less then 10 Lac. so, he is not liable to pay service tax, and he is not mention service tax in bill.then Company service receiver will be liable to pay service tax or not.

20 October 2012 As a Private Limited Company, under reverse charge mechanism, they have to pay service tax 12.36% on 40% of the bill amount, even the party is not collecting/paying the service tax liability of his portion.
