Whether any gifts from parents to married sons for welfare of the sons family be treated as HUF corpus and can HUF be created?
Whether any property by will come to married son be treated as ancestral property and be considered as HUF assets?

1. yes if it is specifically mention in the gift deed that it is for the family of the .............consisting the members...........
2. any property comes to married son as ancestral property then it is on the wish of that son that he wat to creat or Tr. to the HUF or not.
