02 January 2018 if a person sells a plot in f.y 2017-18 and he already have more than one house. Can he ipurchase a new house with the amount of sale proceed. if not what other options are available.

03 January 2018 Person having more than one house will not be eligible for claim u/s. 54F. he may plan for claiming exemption for amt. of capital gain by investing in certain bonds.
