20 April 2016 Dear Experts,
ST liability for the period of 1/10/2015 to 31/3/2016 is 164780/- but assessee has paid only 1 Lakh and rest of 64780/- remain unpaid please let me know weather ST return can be file with short payment of ST or the assessee have to make full payment of ST then ST return will be file,

20 April 2016 Assessee has to pay full payment of ST along with interest for delayed payment, then only ST return can be filed.

But assessee has paid 164000/- plz let me know ST return can be file if Rs. 780 is
Short or we will have to pay 780 also to file ST return
