gud evening sir,
in fy. 2012-2013 if interest on saving a\c upto 10000 than bank will not deduct tds @ 10% it is right. which section it will come 194a

TDS is NOT deducted on interest paid on savings account, irrespective of the amount of interest.

Yes TDS is applicable only on interest on FDR.
