05 December 2012 Acording to notification 26/2012,dated 20.6.2012 there is a 75% abatement on gross amount charged in the above service.

Fact- During the return filing there are two option ist you are claming 75% abatement or 0% abatement.

Q. My Question is in what circumstances(Cases) the abatement is 0%, 75% please provide notification number also
