Gstr 1 - error! invoices already submitted

I'm getting a "Error! Invoices already Submitted " while signing GSTR1 using DSC after submission, can someone please provide me with a solution?

Add a Nil invoice in B2C. Puts invoice value 0 rate 0 and add it. Then Generate ,Submit , File.

This error showed after i 'submitted' and tried to upload by dsc
